35.

The trustees or other legal representatives of the

school must state by a declaration of trust to be registered

in the Land Office :

(a)

purposes.

That the premises ..ill be used solely for educational

(b) That the school will be managed in accord:nce with

the Grant Code in force for the time being.

That If they shoul: hereaftor douira to release

themselves from the foregoing obligations, they will repay the

whole amount of grant, less allowance for depreciation at a

rate not lower than 15 and act exceeding 34 per annug, subject

to the approvel of the Director of Education after consultation

with the Director of rublic works and tne Financial tecretary,

36. The building grant is payable on presentation of

a certificate (with balance sheet annexed) by the trustees or

other legal representatives of the school, setting forth that

the building and convenants are completed and that the money

in hund will, when added to the grant, meet all claims and

finally close the account.

$ 37. A grans not exceeding one-half of the actual cost

may be made in aid of equipment of a permanent or semi-permanent

nature which in the opinion of the Director of Education is

necessary for my course of instruction approved by him.
